RETURN POLICY

Sexy Time Lingerie has the final say in whether or not an item is returnable.  All item must be unwashed, unworn, clean and in its original package.  Any item that smells of smoke, lotion, perfume or any other unusual smell will not be accepted for return.  Items that cover an intimate area by law cannot be returned.

To make a return you MUST request a Return Authorization Form by email with 3 days of delivery.  You will receive the price of the item LESS 15% for restocking, any shipping, taxes or duties.

To make an exchange you MUST request an Exchange Authorization Form by email within 5 daysof delivery.  Exchange reasons are wrong size, defective or not the item you ordered.

We will be happy to exchange your item for the proper one.
